Mindy is a transplant to St. Louis from Overland Park, Kansas. After leaving the Land of Oz, Mindy headed to Indiana University where she majored in Communications and Culture. She was very active at IU’s Hillel, where she spent many hours hanging out with her friends, attending Shabbat Dinners, services and social activities. After graduation, Mindy and her husband lived in NYC until they moved to St. Louis August 2002. Mindy is very active in the Jewish Community. She was the Director of Jewish Parents As Teachers (JPAT), she volunteers at her synagogue, chairs the St. Louis Kosher BBQ Competition and loves to give back to her community. In her free time (which isn’t a lot), she loves to spend time with her husband Richard and her 2 boys, Corey and Evan, bake, read, workout and travel.
Mindy is very excited to bring Hillel to UMSL. Working for Hillel is a dream come true. She loves to work with the next generation of Jewish students.
